Sterling is a dream come true. Her dam was purchased because she had good horn and body but especially for her highly desirable grulla color.  Platinum has thrown only grulla calves and Sterling is no exception. She has her sire's color pattern. Rum Runner CPL is also a grulla color so this girl just might be homozygous for the dilute gene and if so she will pass on her dilute genes to her offspring. Sterling's horn growth is very exciting and we hope to offer grulla calves out of her in the future. She is going to be bred for a 2026 calf.
